Foundation Registration
Opening a Foundation in Armenia is not a complicated procedure. It is necessary submit an application to the State Register and within an hour the Fund will be registered according to the standard Charter. To register the Fund on individual principles, it is necessary to fulfill a number of conditions, draw up the Charter correctly, draw up a decision of the founder and submit an application. When applying for individual conditions, the registration period will be up to 10 days. For successful registration, it is necessary to draw up the Charter correctly and take into account some details.

The state fee for registration of the Foundation will be 10,000 Armenian drams (approximately $25).
