Foundation Registration
Opening a foundation in Armenia is a simple procedure. It is necessary to submit an application to the State Register, and within an hour the Fund will be registered in accordance with the standard charter. To register a Foundation based on individual principles, it is necessary to fulfill a number of conditions, competently draw up the Charter, make up the founder's decision and then apply. When submitting an application on individual terms, the registration period will be up to 10 days. For successful registration, it is necessary to draw up the Charter correctly and take into account some details.

The state fee for registration of the Foundation will be 10,000 Armenian drams (approximately $25).
