A trademark can consist of letters, numerals, words, including personal names and company names, building names, word combinations, slogans, logos, pictures, drawings, holograms, arrangement of colors, symbols, or combinations of one or more of those elements.

Make sure your trademark has a distinctive features and includes allowed characters. Check that your trademark is not the same or is not confusingly similar to existing trademarks.
