Charter for CJSC

Registration is done by "one-window" system. As a result of registration an applicant receives the state registration number, taxpayer identification number as well as personal payment card account number for social payments.

Request form, statement on real beneficiaries, charter of the legal person approved by the founder(s), decision of founders on founding a legal person and application are generated during the registration at the counters. The desk officer will give them to you, and you can fill and sign them on the spot. All of the founders should be present during the registration.
