Electricity Connection

The Utility Provider verifies the completeness of the submitted documents and immediately presents the applicant an offer to sign a contract of connection to the electricity network and electricity supply together with two copies of the contract signed by it.

Signing the contract of connection to the electricity network and signing electricity supply contract take place at the same time.

The applicant shall, within 3 days from the date of receipt of the contract in accordance with the prescribed procedure, submit 1 copy of the signed contract to the Utility Provider.

Water Connection

The application for the water connection is generated on the spot by the desk officer. Before applying for the new water connection the applicant should have already paid the fee for the application and prepared all the required documents.

The applicant have an opportunity to apply for the water connection and ,at the same time, order constructions works not from "Veolia Djur" CJSC but from other licensed companies. After the particular company finishes the construction works, the applicant should present various documents to "Veolia Djur" CJSC concerning the construction and then, if the documents get approved, get water connection.

Gas Connection

Within maximum 20 business days (if the applicant is a non-domestic consumer organization) or maximum 30 business days (if the applicant is a developer of a newly constructed building or district) upon receiving the application, the Utility Provider prepares and presents the estimates, technical conditions and Connection Contract already signed by the Provider.

The applicant, within 1 month upon receiving 2 copies of Connection Contract from the Provider, the should sign the contract, pay 80% of connection fee fixed in the contract and then submit the 1 copy of the contract and payment receipt to the Provider.

After the applicant signs the Connection Contract, the maximum period of time for receiving Contract shall not exceed maximum 90 business days (if the applicant is a non-domestic consumer organization) or maximum 120 business days (if the applicant is a developer of a newly constructed building or district).

The applicant and Utility Provider may fix different time frame in the Connection Contract.

The applicant, within 1 month upon receiving 2 copies of Connection Contract from the Provider, the should sign the contract, pay 80% of connection fee fixed in the contract and then submit the 1 copy of the contract and payment receipt to the Provider.

In case of failure to submit 1 copy of the Contract and payment receipt, the offer to conclude the Contract is considered invalid.

After receiving the Connection Contract and 80% prepayment, the Utility Provider implements the new gas consumption system necessary for connection to the gas supply network within prescribed time frame.

After completion of construction works and final calculations, the applicant receives an offer to sign 2 copies of Supply Contract and pay the remaining connection fee.

The Applicant should submit to the Provider one copy of the signed Contract within 5 business days after receiving it, together with a copy of the payment receipt of the unpaid part of the connection fee.

Waiting time until next step: Max. 5 days
